What Do I Do When a Customer Places an Order for Collection?

When a customer places an order, it will appear in the ‘Your Orders’ section.

The details of the order are also displayed in the ‘Your Orders’ section. They are:
  1. the order number;
  2. the product(s) ordered;
  3. any product customisations (e.g. No Ice); and
  4. whether the order is for table delivery or collection.
  1. Click ‘Accept’ to notify the customer that their order has been accepted. If you want to decline the order, tap ‘Decline’ to notify the customer that their order has been declined.
  2. Prepare the order, looking out for any product customisations – e.g. No Ice, Decaf etc.
  3. Once all the products in the order are ready, tap on the green circle to notify your customer that their product is ready for collection.
  4. When the customer arrives at the collection point, politely ask for their Order Number at the collection point, and ensure that they provide the correct Order Number.
  5. Make sure to tap ‘Mark as Collected’ as soon as the customer has collected the order – this moves it from ‘Live’ to ‘Past’.
