What Do I Do If My ROUND Venue Tablet Stops Working?

Your tablet may require an update, in order to ensure that your tablet has the latest updates please power the tablet down, leave off for around 15 seconds and power it back on - this will apply any necessary updates. 

If you're still experiencing issues you may need to fully reset the tablet - please do this by following the steps below:
  1. Ensure the device is powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons.
  3. Continue to hold Volume Up and Power buttons until the Android Recovery screen appears (about 10-15 seconds) then release both buttons.
  4. From the Android Recovery screen, select 'Wipe data/factory reset'. (Use the Volume buttons to cycle through available options and the Power button to select).
  5. Select 'Yes'.
  6. Allow a few moments for the factory data reset to complete.
  7. Select 'Reboot system now'. - Allow several minutes for the reboot process to complete.

Note: Please have the tablet's serial number to hand. The serial number can be found on the back of the tablet itself (by the charging port), it can also be found on the box the tablet came in (on the barcode).
