How to View Past Orders

    1. Ensure that you are on the ‘Your Orders’ page. If you need to view past orders older than 24 hours, you may tap the sidebar icon and then tap 'Your Past Orders'.
    2. Tap ‘Past’.
    3. The details of the past order are displayed. They are:
    1. the order number;
    2. the product(s) ordered;
    3. any product customisations (e.g. No Ice); and
    4. whether the order was for table delivery or collection.

    Note: when searching for past orders, we recommend searching in 2 or 3 hourly blocks - this will result in faster search results.
    1. As an example: if you know that the past order you're looking for occurred around 1pm then a search spanning 12pm - 2pm would result in optimal search results.

    Please see the video below for a demonstration on viewing past orders.
