How to View Live Orders

  1. Ensure that you are on the ​‘Your Orders’ ​page.
  2. Tap ​‘Live’.
  3. When a customer places an order, it will automatically appear in the ​‘Live’ section of the ​‘Your Orders’​ page.
  4. The details of the order are displayed. They are:
  5. the order number;
  6. the product(s) ordered;
  7. any product customisations (e.g. No Ice); and
  8. whether the order is for table delivery or collection.
The ‘Your Orders’ page automatically refreshes every 15 seconds. Alternatively, tap the ‘refresh’ icon in the top right corner to manually refresh the page.
