How to Refund an Order Entirely

To entirely refund a live order:
  1. Ensure that you are on the ‘Your Orders’ page.
If a staff member has not yet tapped ‘Accept’ on the order you want to refund:

Tap ‘Decline’ to refund the entire order.
This action notifies the customer that their order has been declined by the venue and that they will be refunded entirely.

If you have already tapped ‘Accept’ on the order:
  1. Tap the red ‘traffic light’ next to the corresponding order.
  2. Select the reason for the refund.
  3. Tap ‘OK’.
  4. This action notifies the customer that their order has been refunded by the venue.
To entirely refund a past order:
  1. Ensure that you are on the ‘Your Orders’ page.
  2. Tap ‘Past’.
  3. Tap ‘Refund’ next to the corresponding order.
  4. Select the reason for the refund.
  5. Tap ‘OK’.
You will need to add a reason for the declined/refunded order, please note that refunding due to the product being out of stock will in turn mark that product out of stock within Your Menu.
