How to Partially Refund an Order

To partially refund a live order:
  1. Ensure that you are on the ‘Your Orders’ page.
  2. Tap ‘Accept’ next to the corresponding order.
  3. Tap the red traffic light.
  4. Tap ‘Refund individual items within the order’.
  5. The details of the order are now shown. They are:
  6. item(s) ordered,
  7. Quantity ordered, and
  8. individual item price
Tapping ‘Refund Item(s)’ calculates:
  1. The full price of the individual item*quantity ordered
  2. For example, a customer orders 2 pints of Fosters (£4 each) and a bag of crisps (£1). The total price of the order is £9
  3. If you wanted to refund both of the pints of Fosters, tapping ‘Refund Item(s)’ automatically calculates the refund amount – £8 (£4*2)
  4. Once complete, select your reason for the refund
6. Tap ‘Refund’ to complete the refund request.

Alternatively, you can choose a specific refund amount using the ‘Refund’ box (to the right of ‘Refund Item(s)’) :

7. Type in the amount of refund required (or use the up and down arrows).

8. Once complete, select your reason for the refund.

9. Tap ‘Refund’ to complete the refund.

You will need to add a reason for the declined/refunded order, please note that refunding due to the product being out of stock will in turn mark that product out of stock within Your Menu.
