How to Decline an Order

  1. A new order will appear in the ‘Live’ section with an ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ button next to it. If the customer has ordered a food product only, the order will appear in the ‘Kitchen’ section with an ‘Accept’ and ‘Decline’ button next to it.
  2. Tapping ‘Decline’ notifies the customer that their order has been declined and that they will be refunded.
  3. If the order has been declined because the product is out of stock, please see ‘Managing Product Stock’ for more information.
