How to Close Your Venue

Your venue is shown as ‘Open’ or ‘Closed’ to customers on ROUND according to your open/close times. For more information on how to edit open/close times, see ‘How to Edit Your Venue’s Public Details’.

If you need to close your venue before your set closing time:
  1. Ensure that you are on the ​‘Settings’​ page.
  2. Tap ​‘Public Venue Details’.
  3. Ensure that the slider below ‘Tap below to open venue’ is greyed out.
If you want to open your venue after this action, ensure that the slider below ‘Tap below to open venue’ is green.
