How to Accept an Order

How to Accept an Order

  1. A new order will appear in the ‘Live’ section with an ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ button next to it. If the customer has ordered a food product only, the order will appear in the ‘Kitchen’ section with an ‘Accept’ and ‘Decline’ button next to it.
  2. Tapping ‘Accept’ notifies the customer that their order has been accepted and will be prepared shortly.
  3. Once you have tapped ‘Accept’ on an order, three circles will appear – red, amber, and green. This is called the traffic light system (see ‘Understanding the Traffic Light System’).
