Customisation Groups - Groups How to Set up and Use 

Overview:

Customisation groups allow you to quickly add and edit customisations for multiple products without having to edit each one individually.

To add a customisation group:

1. Login to ROUND using the email address and password associated with your account
2. Tap the sidebar icon in the top-left corner of the screen
3. Tap ‘ Your Menu ’
4. Tap ‘ Edit Customisation Groups ’
5. Tap ‘ Add Group ’

You will be greeted with the screen below (tap the image to expand):



6. Enter a name for your customisation group in the ‘Name’ field. E.g. ‘Spirit Mixers’, ‘Breakfast Add-ons’
7. Tap ‘ Add Customisation ’

You will be greeted with the screen below (tap the image to expand):



8. Enter the customisation name and price
9. Select the correct rate of tax for you customisation option
10. Select whether your customisation option contains any alcohol
11. To add another customisation option, tap ‘Add customisation’
12. Once you have finished adding customisation options to the customisation
group, tap ‘Save’.

To apply your customisation group to a product:
1. Go to the ‘ Your Menu ’ page
2. Tap ‘ Add product ’, or tap the pencil icon on an existing product
3. If adding a new product - fill in the product details page and tap ‘Next’. If editing an existing product - Tap ‘Next’ on the product details page

You will be greeted with the screen below (tap the image to expand):



4. To apply your newly-created customisation group to the product, select it using the customisation group dropdown
5. Tap ‘Next’
6. The group’s customisation options are now visible on the customisation page:

7. Once finished, tap ‘Save’.
